Real Estate Snitch Wednesday's-Glee Star Lea Michele


Home sweet home for Glee Star Lea Michele 
 The 25-year-old actress singer purchased her first home this week, spending a whopping $1.4 million for the little bungalow that is located within walking distance of Wattles Garden Park. , Michele’s new home is a modest 1,805-square-foot floor plan, with two bedrooms and two baths. The Snitch learned the small bungalow comes loaded with loads of modern amenities like the master bath, complete with French doors that lead out onto a private terrace, features an abundance of closet space and custom steam shower with tumbled Carrara marble, while a chef’s kitchen connects to a bonus room. But the Snitch isn’t finish yet when Michele is in her backyard she’ll be sure to take a swim in her salt-water pool, which is accompanied by a patio, and covered outdoor dining area with Viking appliances and a honed blue marble countertop. Real Estate Snitch Wednesday's- Derek Jeter


Real Estate Snitch hears,
Yankees Shortstop all pro player and my favorite Derek Jeter is selling his Trump Towersdigs for a cool $18 million dollar, so if you have some big bucks you can own this amazing Contemporary atop 88th-floor penthouse of the All-star Pro Derek Jeter. The Snitch hears, the penthouse comes with 5,425-square-foot captain’s quarter’s boasts 360-degree views of Manhattan, four bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths, an eat-in kitchen and a fireplace. Now for 18 million, this penthouse should have all these things but wait a minute I’m not finish yet the Snitch also spy the house has ultra-suede wallpaper covering the 16-foot-high walls. There’s a pool table, a poker table that seats eight, a dining-room table with room for 14, and even an old-school bar tabletop Pac-Man game. Can you say “let’s have some fun” It sound like the all-star pro knows how to have fun. Now the house has just gone back on the market after expiring from the MLS at a whopping price of $20million price 2 years ago. Now he has it back on the market for 2million dollars less. Are you looking for a deal? Well $2 million dollars off is a big deal.  It’s been reported that Jeter has built a new home in Tampa is reportedly nearly 31,000 square feet, twice as large as any other home in the city. Real Estate Snitch Wednesday's- Local Buffalo NY


Its Real Estate Snitch Wednesday once again great friends and today were bringing it home that’s right a local snitch. 
Yes the snitch located a beautiful local Buffalo NY, Condo right in the heart of buffalo W Ferry district.  This building is a real beauty not just a fly by night kind of building this building was built with heart and the Snitch is going to tell you why. Now we all know the snitch looooove her some beauty and great architecture with style well

Welcome to one of Buffalo's demand addresses 800 W Ferry # 3A Buffalo NY 14222 with a List Price:$174,900

 This building was built by the great Duane Lyman
Duane Lyman was considered the dean of Buffalo architects. His firms had designed many of the finest office buildings, schools, churches, and residences in Western New York. Born in Lockport, NY on September 9th, 1886 Lyman attended Manlius Military Academy before studying architecture at Yale University’s Graduate Sheffield Scientific School, graduating in 1908.   Well the Snitch isn’t here to give you a history lesson but I had to get the word out on who built this beautiful piece of architecture. When you see this Condo you’re going to witness the best of architecture details and construction I can’t tell you how much I adore Buffalo NY buildings and this is one of them so please take a look a stunning Condo built by one of Buffalo’s prominent architects.

I must say that the impression this building exterior conveys. It created an emotional desire of a beautiful lifestyle and status that represents home. Furthermore how about the front door of the building it had me at hello and right away I was hooked. Following this further did you like the lobby? Real Estate Snitch Wednesday's-Ashton Kutcher


Hello Friends, its Real Estate Snitch Wednesday'sand I have some updated news for you. Remember that house I reported about Justin Bieber on the snitch a few weeks ago? Yea that house!! Well scrap that. The script has been flipped; literally, apparently the new owner of that house is none other than Mr. Kutcher himself. See here is the situation. Kutcher weren't about to allow 18 year old Bieber to steal that house from under him, so he ran out and purchased the home right from under Bieber. So who got Punked? Well the snitch is not so sure because in the end, did Ashton Kutcher really want to by the house he was renting or was he forced? So who really was punked, Ashton or Bieber? Check out this video that Shows how Kutcher end up purchasing the  $10.8 million asking price glass, steel and stone contemporary home that overlooks Lake Hollywood. Were not clear how much of that $10.8 million he actually paid  but what is clear is that the property is officially Kutcher’s, who confirmed alleged purchase on Jimmy Kimmel Live this past weekend
