Real Estate Snitch Wednesday's-Ashton Kutcher

Hello Friends, its Real Estate Snitch Wednesday'sand I have some updated news for you. Remember that house I reported about Justin Bieber on the snitch a few weeks ago? Yea that house!! Well scrap that. The script has been flipped; literally, apparently the new owner of that house is none other than Mr. Kutcher himself. See here is the situation. Kutcher weren't about to allow 18 year old Bieber to steal that house from under him, so he ran out and purchased the home right from under Bieber. So who got Punked? Well the snitch is not so sure because in the end, did Ashton Kutcher really want to by the house he was renting or was he forced? So who really was punked, Ashton or Bieber? Check out this video that Shows how Kutcher end up purchasing the $10.8 million asking price glass, steel and stone contemporary home that overlooks Lake Hollywood. Were not clear how much of that $10.8 million he actually paid but what is clear is that the property is officially Kutcher’s, who confirmed alleged purchase on Jimmy Kimmel Live this past weekend

Rapstar Lil Wayne born with the name Dwayne Carter is looking to sell his enormous Louisiana residence, which currently has a price tag of $1.7 million. The home is located at 408 Rue De La Riviere is on sale for $1.7 million. The house has five bedrooms, five bathrooms, two half baths and a "stunning, roomy open floor plan." The snitch has learned that the Rapper has been cited for high grass and weeds at his 10,000 sqft mansion The Code Enforcement Department issued the ticket to Dwayne Carter somewhere around Feb. 26 to March 2, according to a list released by the city. Now I hope you clear this up Mr Carter but in the mean time the rapper looks as though he interested in getting his Mansion sold. NFL wide receiver, former Dancing with the Stars contestant Hines Ward was cut by the Pittsburgh Steelers after 14 years of playing top notch football, Super Bowl MVP top notch I might add, will no longer play for the team he helped get to the super bowl and win. While it’s certain he’s played his last game in a Pittsburgh Steelers uniform after the team let him go, it appears that Hines Ward has put his Atlanta, GA “dream home” on the market, listing the property for a whopping $7.5 million and boy is it beautiful. The Snitch has learned that Mr. Hines is a passionate reader of the Architectural Digest Magazine and he has the utmost respect for great design, so much so that when he designed his house he enlisted the help of architect David Grace and interior designer Ann Davis, to make his dream a reality. This is why it makes his move that much more surprising. The NFL star is selling the home he put so much work into on the selling block. “This can’t be easy”. With that being said his mansion comes with 13,000-square-foot of living space that has 5 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and an interior that gives it the spacious, tranquil luster of a W Hotel, which is exactly what Ward wanted — and lived. If you know anything about the W Hotel you may know that it’s nothing short of upscale. I must say that Ward is a man after my own heart. I love it when a man appreciates style and fashion.
